This is our first venture into the world of e-commerce and we were looking for a hosting company that provided easy to use tools, a good shopping cart script, ample disk space and prompt technical support. We signed up with Simple Solutions on a Saturday afternoon and by that same evening they had given us our IP and configured our server. That's quick!

I simply paid for my hosting and they designed my website "for free." It didn't take long to see that it wasn't as "free" as they promised. I was charged for every change they made and they would not allow me to access my account to make those changes myself. They had me!

Having been with Simple Solutions since the end of November, working to set up my web design business here in Israel, I have nothing but kudos to give to Simple Solutions and their wonderful support staff. Being half way around the world from my server made me a bit nervous, wondering if the time difference from here to there (8 hours) would put a crimp in my receiving Technical Support. Since I am usually awake when they are asleep and vice versa, I really wondered at their ability to have a 15 minute response time to any questions I might have. I shouldn't have worried about that. I typically receive a response from the same two folks in 15-30 minutes of me sending my message to the support area. I don't think these two ever sleep! I have even received responses from them at the same time I receive the tracker information!

    I have found the technical support folks to be patient and informative, sometimes answering multiple questions on the same issue (as I think of more detailed questions), in a very short time. Always patient, polite, and willing to help. Technical Support is very important to me, having been in a service profession for most of my adult life. Tech Support says so much about a company. I would recommend this (my) server to anyone looking for a home for their website!

  109. When I went looking for an e-commerce site I was shocked to see the prices that most places wanted to host my site. I was for sure that my website was not going to be a reality. I had been looking for over a course of 2-3 weeks at different plans on the Internet.   135. I had done ALOT of research for a web host. I read, scrutinized, compared till I was blue in the face. When I got here I saw the prices & said 'wow' cool! But the clincher was Curtis in sales, so very helpful & patient with the bazillion questions I asked, even volunteering information that he really didn't have to. I felt his care had to be indicative of the level of service offered & after reading the raving testimonials, especially the ones about tech support, I said, 'ok, I'll bite' & signed up. Let me tell you, these 4 months have been harrowing setting up my business because I was integrating them with a new processor, but the guys in tech support ABSOLUTELY ROCK! Can we say they will hold your hand? I am totally new to the world of e-commerce but any question or issue (and there were MANY!) I had was answered or responded to with lightning speed! I am very happy to have Simple Solutions as my web host.
