We generally have new accounts setup within hours from the time the order is placed, if paid with a credit card. This
delay may vary depending on if there are any problems with your order.
When your account is activated, you may upload to your server using your IP address that is given to you via an
FTP
tool, your control panel, or an editing tool such as Microsoft FrontPage. The IP address given to you is your
permanent IP address to use, which is what your domain name will point to when that time comes.
When your order is approved, a technical support representative will handle your domain name transfer request. If you do not want your domain name to point to our servers just
yet, let us know to hold off in the comment section of the order form. The process of transferring your domain name may take several days, depending on which registrar you used
and how fast you act on the requests they ask from you. The transfer request will only be updating the DNS information to point to our servers, as you will
not be changing registrars.
