All servers have a daily tape backup maintenance schedule during the hours of 2:00 - 4:00 A.M. Tape backups are kept both on and off site for total security. This creates a backup copy of all files stored on our servers and ensures your information is completely safe if any problems were to arise. It is always best to keep a fresh copy of your web site on your own computer. Our entire network facility is underground and is limited to authorized security personnel only. All entrances have pass-card protectors installed to give you the confidence that no unauthorized personnel will have access to your files. Our entire network facility is protected by video surveillance cameras for your protection and to keep all unauthorized personnel out of the facility where the servers are located. For the protection of our customer's information, our entire network facility is protected by the highest quality alarm systems with multiple connections to several alarms for added security. Even though our entire network facility is housed underground, for greater protection, we have security guards on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
