Every service plan has full access to our servers via an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) tool. You can upload to our servers via FTP 24/7. There are many FTP programs you can get online for free at places such as tucows.com 
At your request, we can install MS Front-Page Extensions for you at no charge! This will allow you to use your MS FrontPage (98, 2000 or 2002 will work) editing tool to upload and design your web site. If you are going to use FrontPage to upload to your server, then please let us know that you want to have the extensions installed on your account when you sign up (there is a section that asks for this information). 
You have complete access to your FTP server reporting, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! 
You have complete access to your .htaccess file. This file is your password protecting file, which you may modify, delete or add to.
