I am an independent contractor for Vener Net and I am in no way employed by Vener Net. As an independent contractor I am responsible for declaring my own income.

I may recruit other account executives to sign-up under me but I will not receive any setup fees or commissions from any of the account executives that I sign-up until I have sold or purchased a virtual server (You must have made at least one sale before recruiting new sales reps). I will continue to receive monthly commissions as long as I keep at least one virtual server sold or purchased by me (not by my account executives) at all times. (You must have at least one client who is paying for the Virtual Server to be eligible for commissions/setup fees. This can be yourself if you purchased a server through us).

Once I have made a sale the customer becomes a customer of VenerNet and I will receive the full monthly residual commission for as long as the customer remains a customer of VenerNet and I keep at least one virtual server sold or purchased by me (not by my account executives) at all times. (You must have at least one client who is paying for the Virtual Server to be eligible for commissions/setup fees).

After the first sale or if I purchase a virtual server I will receive 100% of the one-time setup fee and 25% monthly residual commissions from the monthly server fee for all virtual servers I sell or purchase. I will not receive any commissions on add-ons (e.g. additional servers for $15/mo., real video, etc.)

I will receive 100% of the onetime setup fee and 25% monthly residual commissions from the monthly server fee for the first virtual server that all account executives that I sign-up sell or purchase and 20% of the monthly residual commissions from monthly server fees for all virtual servers that account executives that I sign-up sell or purchase thereafter. I will not receive any commissions on add-ons (e.g. additional servers for $15/mo., real video, etc.)

Residual monthly commissions and setup fees cannot be sold, transferred or assigned.

I will keep all sales manuals, sales techniques, trade secrets and methods of operation of VenerNet confidential and will not divulge such information to any person or entity except for the account executives I sign-up and I will only use this information in the normal course of business.
